Greetings, Tigers. Most of us are aware of the school tragedy in Uvalde, Texas yesterday. The death of 19 children and 2 teachers is on the hearts and minds of all of us across the nation, and it is particularly heavy on the hearts and minds of parents and educators. Prescott continues to prioritize the physical and emotional safety of all our students and staff by supporting the social, emotional and mental health needs of everyone, every day. Events such as Uvalde can understandably lead to a sense of sadness, anxiety and fear, for all of us. If your child or you are having an especially difficult time right now, please do not hesitate to contact our Superintendent, Justin Bradford, or our counselor, Alison Kimball for additional support. The well-being of our students and our staff is essential. We are all here for your children and you. We remain committed to doing all we can to keep our school a safe and caring place for students to learn and grow. Thank you, and please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions or concerns.
